About

the Element is a place where high school students can be a follower of Jesus in our culture. They can hang out with other followers of Jesus, worship with them, learning about God, and sharing this all with their friends who may not know Jesus yet. Our goal is to provide a place where they can encounter God in a non-judgmental atmosphere.  We have an amazing team of 15 adults who love high school students and who invest their lives them

Events 

• During the school year, we meet on Wednesday evenings from 7ish-9ish @ Riverview -- this is when we have worship, teaching, small groups, and time for students to connect with each other

• Each month, we have either a fellowship/outreach event or we do a service project

• We have a Fall Retreat/Lock-In in the fall and a Winter Retreat

• We go on a week-long missional trip to Mexico during the summer

• Saturday, July 26: trip to Lake Michigan -- meet at Riverview at 10:00 am

• Saturday, August 23: trip to Cedar Point -- meet at Riverview at 7:00 am
