Where men and women live out healthy, God honoring, relationships and families, built on the solid foundation of God’s Word, are united by the transforming power of Christ.
Values
Living a life centered in Christ by:
- Devotion to scripture.
- Obedience to God's Word.
- Understanding Gods grace and how he views us.
- Having a biblically accurate understanding of women and sex.
- Understanding the Holy Spirit’s power and ability to change us.
- Applying truths and principles in scripture about our sexuality.
We are/we are not
WE ARE - Just another group of guys earnestly seeking to maintain purity throughout our daily lives strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit and application of Gods Word.
WE ARE - A support group for men, ages 18 and older, who find themselves wrestling with sexual purity issues. We place our hope and faith solely on the transforming power of God, His son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. We hold firm to the teachings of God's Word.
WE ARE NOT - Certified counselors, psychologists, therapists, psychoanalysts, psychotherapists, or any other kind of word ending in “ist”.
Although our desire is to see everyone who is struggling with these issues find deliverance from them, we are not the answer to the problem! The real answer lies in an active relationship with Jesus. We are only a means to help better understand how to live out that relationship, and how one can put to good use the information and resources God provides us, as we grow in the likeness of Christ.

1 Thessalonians 4: 3-4
God’s will is for you to be holy, so stay away from all sexual sin. Then each of you will control his own body and live in holiness and honor.
1 Corinthians 6:15-20
Don’t you realize that your bodies are actually parts of Christ? Should a man take his body, which is part of Christ, and join it to a prostitute? Never! And don’t you realize that if a man joins himself to a prostitute, he becomes one body with her? For the Scriptures say, “The two are united into one.” But the person who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him. Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body. Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.
Galatians 5:16-21
So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won’t be doing what your sinful nature craves. The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. These two forces are constantly fighting each other, so you are not free to carry out your good intentions. But when you are directed by the Spirit, you are not under obligation to the Law of Moses. When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division, envy, drunkenness, wild parties, and other sins like these. Let me tell you again, as I have before, that anyone living that sort of life will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
Ephesians 5:1-3
Imitate God, therefore, in everything you do, because you are his dear children. Live a life filled with love, following the example of Christ. He loved us and offered himself as a sacrifice for us, a pleasing aroma to God. Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God’s people.
James 1: 12-15
God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. And remember, when you are being tempted, do not say, “God is tempting me.” God is never tempted to do wrong, and he never tempts anyone else. Temptation comes from our own desires, which entice us and drag us away. These desires give birth to sinful actions. And when sin is allowed to grow, it gives birth to death.
Colossians 3:5-10
Put to death, therefore, whatever belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desires and greed, which is idolatry. Because of these, the wrath of God is coming. You used to walk in these ways, in the life you once lived. But now you must rid yourselves of all such things as these: anger, rage, malice, slander, and filthy language from your lips. Do not lie to each other, since you have taken off your old self with its practices and have put on the new self, which is being renewed in knowledge in the image of its Creator.
1 Corinthians 10: 12-13 - Endurance & God's Provision
If you think you are standing strong, be careful, for you, too, may fall into the same sin. But remember that the temptations that come into your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will keep the temptation from becoming so strong that you can't stand up against it. When you are tempted, He will show you a way out so that you will not give into it.
1 John 1:8-10 - Confession & God's Forgivness
If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness. If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word has no place in our lives.
James 5:16 - Open Confession and Prayer
Confess your sins to one another and pray for each other that you may be healed.
Proverbs 28: 13 - Confessing Sin to God
He who conceals his transgressions will not prosper, but he who confesses and forsakes them will find compassion.
Acts 19:18 - Open Confession
Many of those who believed now came and openly confessed their evil deeds.
Psalm 32:3-5 - Confession & God's Forgivness
When I refused to confess my sin, my body wasted away, and I groaned all day long. Day and night your hand of discipline was heavy on me. My strength evaporated like water in the summer heat.
Finally, I confessed all my sins to you and stopped trying to hide my guilt. I said to myself, “I will confess my rebellion to the Lord." And you forgave me! All my guilt is gone.
Rom. 1:18-32
But God shows his anger from heaven against all sinful, wicked people who suppress the truth by their wickedness. They know the truth about God because he has made it obvious to them. For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn’t worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. As a result, their minds became dark and confused. Claiming to be wise, they instead became utter fools. And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people and birds and animals and reptiles. So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies. They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other. And the men, instead of having normal sexual relations with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shameful things with other men, and as a result of this sin, they suffered within themselves the penalty they deserved. Since they thought it foolish to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their foolish thinking and let them do things that should never be done. Their lives became full of every kind of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, quarreling, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip. They are backstabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They invent new ways of sinning, and they disobey their parents. They refuse to understand, break their promises, are heartless, and have no mercy. They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too.
Proverbs 9:10
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
Proverbs 17:18
Stolen water is sweet, and the bread eaten in secret is pleasant. But he does not know the dead are there, That her guests are in the depths of hell.
Proverbs 10:10
He who walks with integrity walks securely, but he who perverts his ways will become known.
Proverbs 11:20
Those who are of a perverse heart are an abomination to the Lord, but the blameless in their ways are His delight.
Proverbs 14:2
He who walks in his uprightness fears the Lord, but he who is perverse in his ways despises Him.
Proverbs 4:23-27
Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Put away from you a deceitful mouth, And put perverse lips far from you. Let your eyes look straight ahead, and your eyelids look right before you. Ponder the path of your feet, and let all your ways be established. Do not turn to the right or the left; remove your foot from evil.
Proverbs 15: 31-33
The ear that hears the rebukes of life will abide among the wise. He who rejects instruction despises his own soul, but he who heeds rebuke gets understanding. The fear of the Lord
is the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility
Proverbs 18:1
A man who isolates himself seeks his own desire; he rages against all wise judgment.
Proverbs 19:23
The fear of the Lord leads to life, and he who has it will abide in satisfaction; he will not be visited by evil.
